Are we delivering on our promises?
Each year we conduct a survey to determine how we perform against our promises and measure customer satisfaction with our service.
In 2021/22, we achieved an overall customer satisfaction rating of 98.2%; this means that almost all of our customers are either satisfied or highly satisfied with the service they receive from us.
